VISHWAJIVANREKHA- Peace OF Mind..............Article-IIPart-II
PEACE OF MIND.The article is a second part of and continued here..........................................................................................................................................................
VISWAJIVANREKHA- Peace Of Mind-Article-II/Part:-II...Continued.......... Here we will go through six basic routine behaviors with we come across directly or indirectly, And how can we overcome from, let’s see............
(E). Change yourself according to the environment:-
If you try to change the environment single evenhandedly, the chances are you may fail. Instead, change yourself to suit the environment. As you do this, even the environment, which has remained unfriendly for you, will mysteriously appear to be congenial and harmonious.
(F). Endure what cannot be cured:-
This is the best way to turn a disadvantage into an advantage. Every day we face numerous inconveniences, ailments, irritations and accidents that are beyond our control. We must learn to endure them cheerfully thinking, "God will it so, so be it". God's logic is beyond our comprehension. Believe it and you will gain in patience, in inner strength, in will power.
(G). Do not bite more than you can chew:-
This maxim should be always remembered. We often tend to take more responsibilities than we are capable to carry out. This is done to satisfy our ego. Know your limitations. Spend your free time on prayers, introspection and meditation. This will reduce those thoughts in your mind, which make you restless. Fewer the thoughts, greater is the peace of mind.
(H). Meditate regularly:-
Meditation makes the mind thoughtless. This is the highest state of peace of mind. Try and experience it. If you meditate earnestly for half an hour every day, you will tend to become calm during the remaining twenty-three and a half hours. Your mind will not be disturbed as much as before. This will increase your efficiency and you will turn out more work in less time.
(I). Never leave the mind vacant:-
An empty mind is devil's workshop. All evil deeds start in the mind. Keep your mind occupied in something positive, something worthwhile. Actively follow a hobby. You must decide what you value more - money or peace of mind. Your hobby, like social work may not always earn you more money, but you will have a sense of fulfillment and achievement.
(J). Do not postpone and never be disappointed:-
Do not waste time in wondering "should I or shouldn't I?" Days, weeks, months and years may be wasted in that futile mental debating. You can never plan enough because you can never anticipate all future happenings. Always remember God has His own plan too. Value your time and do things. It does not matter if you fail the first time. You can rectify your mistakes and succeed the next time. Sitting back and worrying will lead to nothing. Learn from your mistakes but do not brood over the past.
I confidently say it will decrease much of the stress of our routine .. ..........Thank You.....

How and What are causes of lacking behind the lower middle class children in ..........?
Problems Occur :- We, the wise people of the nation expect the progress in the field of education...........but to whom the task is availed....of course the kids or children....Have we ever observed the fact of the situation and their age thinking ?....may be yes or never .......But up to what depth....?
A) The most troubling thing in our society today is how children treat each other. We try to teach our children to have high morals so they will be honest and kind when they become older. But how are our children acting when grownups are not around. Kids tend to classify each other by how rich their parents are and how well they dress. To a child who is classified as being poor the ridicule and constant teasing can be overwhelming possibly causing many psychological problems.
B) Children want a lot of things and as parents we would like to give those things to them. But a lot of the time we can't afford to. With the rising cost of living it is hard for some people to even put food on the table. With the price of designer label clothes being so high many people can only afford to shop at Malls. To a child fashion is everything if you don't look cool than you will not be accepted by others. You will be teased and made fun of.
C) Children go through a lot growing up have to use their parents’ morals to battle today's social problems. Many things can effect a child's psychological behavior which in return effects the people around them
Education is vital to a person who wants to make it anywhere in life.
D) It is really hard to raise children being a single mom. It takes two incomes to have a stable life style. A parent would do anything for their children including giving up luxuries to put food on the table every day. It is difficult to get a good paying job if you don't have the right degrees. It's hard to try to go to school, to get the skills needed to advance in life, and hold down a low paying job and take care of your children.
F) Poverty effects people throughout their life. It has many psychological effects on people such as mental anguish. Some people are good at dealing with these problems. A major point we need to get across to our children is to respect others and treat them as you would want to be treated. Our children's morals have been blown out of the water with this new age independent rebel attitude. Poverty is not a disease it's real life people just trying to survive.
It is very difficult to tackle with the problems but not impossible, It needs to be treated by understanding the situation....means.....diagnosis......so, come forward with........

VISHWAJIVANREKHA .........Peace Of Mind....Article-II /Part-I
Peace of mind is the most important commodity in earthern life. It seems that most of us are in a state of perpetual restlessness. On analyzing the causes of this restlessness, we have ventured to find for four solutions that have to be followed religiously if we are grave about getting perfect peace of mind.
A) Never get in the way of others:-
It is found, most of us create our own problems by interfering too often in others' affairs. We do so because somehow we have convinced ourselves that our way is the best way, our judgment is the perfect logic, and those who do not conform to our thinking must be criticized and steered to the right direction, our direction.
This kind of attitude on our part denies the existence of individuality and consequently the existence of God, for God has created each one of us in a unique way. No two human beings can think or act in exactly the same way. All men or women act the way they do because they are prompted to do so by the godly within them. There is divinity to look after everything. So no need to be bothered
B) Forget and Pardon:-
This is the most powerful tool to peace of mind. We habitually nurture ill feeling inside our heart for the person who troubles us. We forget that the insult or injury was done to us once but by nourishing the grievance we go on excavating the wound forever. Therefore it is essential that we cultivate the art of forgiving and forgetting. Believe in the justice of God and the principle of Karma. Let Him judge the act of the one who insulted you. Life is too short to waste in such trifles. Forget, Pardon, and walk on.
C) Do not desire for more to be focused:- This world is full of selfish people. They hardly ever praise anybody without selfish intention. They may praise you today because you are wealthy and have control but no sooner you are powerless, they will forget your attainment and start criticizing you.
Moreover, no one is perfect. Then why do you value the words of praise of another mortal like you? Why do you have desire for more to be focused ? Trust in yourself. People's praises do not last long. Perform your duties ethically and sincerely and leave the rest to God.
D) Free From Desirous:-
We all have experienced how jealousy can upset our peace of mind. You know you work harder than your colleagues in the office but they get promotions, you do not. You started a company several years ago but you are not as successful as your neighbour whose business is only one or two years old. Should you be jealous? No, remember everybody's life is formed by his previous Karma that has now become his destiny. If you are destined to be rich, not all the world can stop you. If you are not so destined, no one can help you either. Nothing will be gained by blaming others for your misfortune. Jealousy will not get you anywhere, but will only give you restlessness.
We think these four steps certainly prove to be a matured one. (Part:-I)

"VISHWAJIVANREKHA"-An Article On The Path Of Commencing Zero Mind State/ Concentration..........
There is a story of about of about a sea captain who in his retirement skipped a boat taking day trippers to Shetland Island. On one trip the boat was full of young people. They laughed at the old captain when they saw him saying a prayer before sailing out, because the day was fine and the sea was calm.
However they weren't long at sea when a storm suddenly blew up and the boat began to pitch violently. The terrified passengers came to the captain and asked him to join them in prayer. But he replied, "I say my prayers when its clam. When its rough I attend to my ship.".....
Here is a lesson for us. If we cannot and will not seek god in quiet moments of our lives, we aren't likely to find him when troubles strikes. We are more likely to panic. But if we have learnt to seek him and trust him in quiet moments, then most certainly we will find him when the going gets rough
Always make the best of today because you never know what kind of sadness tomorrow brings into your life !

Education Is A Fundamental Right Of Each One....... Its Impact On Individuals, Society And Nation Itself.....
Going to Zilla Parishad's or municipal's schools as a child, learning the basic skills on how to add and subtract, read, and write. These basic skills are necessary in order to function in our society and work force in the country. As we all know each child learns differently, some learn faster than others and some slower than others. Our Zilla Parishad's or municipal's school have become overcrowded and we do not have enough teachers to fit the needs of each student. Some students get left behind and are not learning the skills needed to move on to the next level. What these students are not learning they can learn in higher education such as a college or university. Our students’ needs are changing, there are a growing number of movements with children coming to the Mumbai or somewhere from all over the country. They bring with them the language and culture of their society. The age in which they arrive to the city determines how well they learn language and what skills they will need to acquire to become productive in our society. The task of teaching our children the basic skills is becoming harder and harder each day, making it harder for our education system to achieve their goals. There are a high number of students learning from high school who does not have the skills needed to meet the needs of the work force in our society. A higher level of learning is needed to make our society literate.
The relationship between teachers/parents and students are influential in our society. To have an educated society in the country brings a safe and peaceful environment to live in. Society is defined as "a group of people with a common culture or a way of life. A group of people who unite to share a common interest". An educated society also avoids social problems such as poverty, gangs, drugs and health related sickness. Most of all, having an educated society helps our country’s economy. For instance, a citizen that acquires a college degree earns respect and can get a good job that pays well. If these citizens do not have proper educations they might have to work in a job they are not happy with and get low salaries. In our society education matters, the higher educated a person is the higher their income.
One of the problems is that our young people do not have anything to do. So the only choice they have is to turn to the streets. There they are able to get drugs and learn the way of the streets. This means they can only get themselves into trouble. There are so many after school programs kids and young people can participate in, such as girl scouts and boy scouts which have positive affects on young people. However, there are no volunteers to give up a little time to help others.we have social problems such as drugs and gangs in our cities.
Our society needs to become culturally sensitive. In the recent years the population in the country has increased. To become educated requires a combination of attending school to learn basic skills such as reading and writing and learning from one’s experiences and developing street smarts. What is also necessary is attending a higher level of learning such as school or college in order to learn about one’s own history and facts on the world. Our society is changing and we need to make changes on our form of teaching to meet the needs of our students in order to make them good members of our society. By learning as much as we can from different cultures and traditions can help us become an open minded and a well developed society.

Social Contribution Reflects One's Identity For A Period Of Time Or So Far...
Why students are taught History at school level ? Answer is that students maturity level take place during the period from Jr. KG to Jr. College. So to understand present and planning for future, one has to know base & its past."Creative work will increasingly involve people working in teams which combine members with different skills and backgrounds. These teams are more effective when people can trust fellow team members to play their part. In low-trust organisations, people will tend to hoard knowledge and only share ideas formally through memos and when requested. In high-trust organisations, people are more likely to bestow their knowledge on one another and develop joint understandings of problems and their solutions. Trust and co-operation will be vital to the work cultures of the future."
